17.Design and body quantification of superhydrophilic fluorine-19 magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent

Hyperhydrophilic fluorine-19 magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent is a probe that uses a fluorine-containing ionic liquid or a zwitterionic polymer as a fluorine source to wrap or modify it with nanomaterials or biomolecules. Superhydrophilic fluorine-19 MR imaging contrast agents have high water solubility, high fluorine content, high SNR, low toxicity and high stability, which can overcome the defects of traditional fluorine-19 MR imaging contrast agents, such as hydrophobicity, signal attenuation, and background interference. A hyper-hydrophilic fluorine-19 magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent based on liquid-solid phase transition was prepared by loading and encapping hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles using a fluorine-containing liquid as a fluorine source. The contrast agent can realize the responsive imaging of various biometric targets (such as metalloproteinase, acidic environment, etc.) through the "off-on" mechanism, and realize the accurate positioning and quantitative calculation of the tumor at the living body level.
